Eligible for direct reservations made through the official hotel website(All.Accor.com), telephone, or email.
Applicable Plans: All accommodation plans during the specified period and “KASA Sustainable Course” at our restaurant are eligible.
Participants who have made reservations for the eligible plans and are ALL members (including new members) are automatically enrolled to the 5th Anniversary campaign and will be included in the raffle draw.
Winners of the 5th Anniversary campaign will be contacted by the hotel using the email addresses registered during the time of booking.
Calls or emails to the Hotel for notification of the prize draw and results will not be accepted.

Guests are not allowed to choose their prizes. All winners will be subject to verification and decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Raffle
The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers or prizes cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed
In the event that the winner is disqualified for any reason, the hotel will award the prize to an alternative winner via online raffle among all remaining eligible entries
Upon receipt of the voucher or prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Pullman Tokyo Tamachi and its respective subsidiaries, affiliate companies, advertising/promotional agencies or partners, as well as the company’s employees from and against any claim or cause of action, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to loss or property, arising out of participation in the campaign or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize
Pullman Tokyo Tamachi reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the campaign or any part of it, if any fraud, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the campaign, as determined by the hotel in its sole discretion
Stay vouchers are valid for use on the winner’s next stay. These cannot be applied on their booked stay eligible for the campaign raffle.
Upon receipt and acknowledgment of the prize, the winner is deemed to have provided consent to Pullman Tokyo Tamachi and its agents the use of the winners’ names, likeness and photograph for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment or consideration. The winners’ names will be announced publicly unless the winner requests in writing that they wish for their name to be kept private.
If a winner fails to respond to the winning notification within the specified response period of 3 days or is deemed unreachable, a new draw will be conducted, and the prize will be awarded to another selected participant.
Under no circumstances will the prize be re-sent.
The right to win in this campaign is limited to one entry per person.
Winners are required to guarantee the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided. In the event that inaccurate or untrue information leads to the inability to deliver the prize to the winner, or if the winner cannot be contacted due to changes in contact information such as phone number, the right to the prize will be considered void.
