At FUN DINING KASA, located within Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, we proudly offer a limited-time International Women’s Day special lunch, the “Mimosa Course,” throughout March 2026.

Chef Yukari Miyajima of the Michelin one-star restaurant “Amarantos,” awarded four consecutive years, joins Executive Chef Fukuda for an exclusive collaboration. This seasonal course highlights spring ingredients and refined culinary craftsmanship.

A Signature Lamb Creation

The main dish features Australian lamb shoulder, carefully prepared in a light beignet style. Rich in iron and zinc, lamb is celebrated for both its depth of flavor and nutritional value.

The course begins with a bouquet-inspired appetizer, designed to reflect the spirit of International Women’s Day. The Mimosa Course is available to all guests.
